GLOBAQS GbR is based at Cologne, Germany. With our business partner BCMS Corporate we are the market leader for selling privately owned companies for their maximum value. Our success is based on our unique, proactive approach which generates a choice of acquirers, creating an upward pressure on bids and resulting in us achieving offers which are 2.5 times more than the lowest received for our clients businesses.
Our experienced Research and Prospect Generation specialists enable us to identify an average of 230 financially strong and strategically motivated potential acquirers for each client which results in our Deal Leaders facilitating over 200 meetings between our clients and potential acquirers every month. Last year alone we generated over 870 Million Euros of offers and entered into negotiative dialogue with more than 50,000 potential acquirers. The outcome of this is that more than 30 of our clients' companies are at 'Heads of Terms' at any stage and on average over one company is sold using our services every 3.6 days.
